About Us
This group is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections across academic disciplines to enhance the personal and professional growth of graduate and professional students at Duke. We believe that creativity and innovation flourish when diverse perspectives intersect, yet graduate students across fields remain isolated from one another and are often unaware of opportunities to collaborate outside their home department. Through peer mentorship, workshops and networking opportunities, we aim to create spaces where students can engage beyond their primary discipline, sparking new ideas and collaborative possibilities. Through our affiliation with the Office of Interdisciplinary Studies, we will provide a student-oriented experience that empowers budding scholars to expand their perspectives, refine their communication skills, and advance their academic, research and career goals.
