Mission
The purpose of the Nicholas School Data Science Group is to provide coding exposure to students interested in environmental science, economics, and/or engineering. The group will address data analysis and visualization, data science and machine learning, and modeling applications to a variety of fields. Our group aims to 1) provide coding resources and workshops to students, 2) discuss innovations in coding, programming, and data science that apply to a variety of environmental fields, 3) invite guest speakers to discuss how coding is used in their careers
