The purpose of this organization shall be to further the mission of Nurses for Sexual and Reproductive Health, a national organization, on the Duke University campus and to provide Duke University School of Nursing students with the education, tools, and resources necessary to become social-change agents within the healthcare system as it relates to sexual and reproductive justice.
Members of DNSRH will have unique opportunities to get involved in community volunteer work, access to free educational workshops and trainings, chances to socialize with other DUSON students and faculty/staff, networking opportunities with DUSON alumni and experts in the field, and the chance to build their leadership skills and add to their professional resumes by joining the DNSRH Executive Board.
