Mission
The mission of our student organization is to provide Duke students with an environment conducive to improving their physical well-being, mental strength and learning proper powerlifting technique. Rather than emphasizing physical traits, powerlifting develops a healthier relationship with food and exercise where athletes are encouraged to build strength, muscle and feel powerful. Everyone is welcome!

Membership Benefits
Access to an elite powerlifting gym off campus, group training with coaching on technique, nutrition, and mobility. Supportive training team that travels to powerlifting weightlifting competitions. Transportation will be provided to our gym and all competitions. Ability to learn coaching principles and philosophy from leaders of the club for personal interest or to take larger leadership role in the club.

The purpose of Duke Club Pickleball is to provide an opportunity for Duke University students to learn and play the sport of pickleball in a friendly and competitive environment. Our goals are to host open campus-wide tournaments to promote our club and pickleball to all who are interested. We plan to represent Duke at other college campuses during intercollegiate tournaments and will equip members to be successful pickleball players.

Our mission is to help further the knowledge of pickleball and inspire collegiate pickleball clubs across the city, state, and nation, starting in the Triangle Area of North Carolina.

The mission of Deewana is to foster South Asian and Western music through acapella and to create a space for Duke students to perform, create, and compete musically.
