All students studying abroad are required to attend a Health & Safety Pre-Departure Orientation (PDO) with the Office of Global Health & Safety. This PDO is separate of your program-specific pre-departure meeting.

This session, tailored for students traveling ton international programs, will focus on health, safety, and risk management while abroad. You’ll gain valuable information about preparing for international travel, navigating local resources, and responding to emergencies—plus connect with peers heading to the same region.
