About Us
IfYoureReadingThis at Duke is committed to building a university-wide support network for students who struggle with mental illness. IfYoureReadingThis at Duke aims to build said network by increasing awareness of mental illness among all members of the Duke community through written expression, increasing acceptance of mental illness among all members of the Duke community, promoting education regarding mental illness and how to support those who deal with mental illness in a helpful and safe manner, providing an additional mental health resource to help individuals build support networks outside of professional help and counseling, and encouraging students and members to show compassion and understanding regarding mental illness.
