Guided Meditation in the Wellness Center
Details
This program is an invitation to recognize this struggle, in the comfort of community. A pivotal first step towards wellness is acknowledging that desire for wellness is shared across humanity. We will build our community together; sessions will feature guided meditation instruction, compassion-based practices (both for others and for ourselves), and group reflection/sharing. All are welcome, whether you're new to meditation or returning. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, this is a place to simply begin again.
