Details

Students will come together to hear from Fariba Mohibi, a poet from Afghanistan who is currently living as a refugee in Oman, via a Zoom speaker session. She will be reading her poetry and speaking about her childhood and adolescence in Afghanistan, pursuing education as a young woman under Taliban governance, and her migration journey from Afghanistan, to Iran, to Oman where she now lives as a refugee.
