Beyond Borders will be holding a community vigil for all those who have lost their lives in ICE detention and amid ICE raids since the beginning of the year. Students and staff will come together to mourn the conditions in which they have been torn away permanently both from their families and the waking world. Students and faculty will speak, sing, and perform poetry and music as part of the vigil. Ultimately, we hope to be in community as we remember, grieve, and orient ourselves to move forward in our fight for immigrant rights, safety, and dignity.
