Community: Flash Fiction

In this session, we'll go through every step of a flash fiction writing process. From warm up prompts to writing time and a plan for how/where to submit your stories. We're focusing on micro and flash fiction (stories from 50-1000 words), which offer a great set of boundaries for new writers and constraints for experienced writers. This workshop is appropriate for any level of writer, whether you're looking to try out fiction writing for the first time or just need a group to write with, but we will spend a good amount of time talking about elementary writing and submitting principles on either end of our writing time. (Please bring a notebook or computer to write on! We will provide some notebooks and writing utensils.)
