About Us
The European Business Society at Duke (EBS) is dedicated to bridging the gap between Duke students and the European markets by providing valuable professional experiences and internship opportunities abroad. Through a weekly European Market newsletter, guest speakers, mentorship program, activities and general body meetings all members will increase their knowledge of the European Business landscape. In addition, we will provide specific programs such as pro-bono consulting services, members will gain valuable real-world exposure. By facilitating connections with European startups, engaging members in case competitions with firms, and fostering a robust network with Duke alumni across Europe, we prepare the next generation of global business leaders. Our mission includes educating students on European finance rules, business ethics, and sustainability practices, preparing them through workshops, consulting projects, and mentoring programs. We want committed members who are truly excited about our mission and to which we can fully dedicate the resources that we have. EBS aims to equip these members with the knowledge and financial acumen needed to succeed in European markets, creating opportunities for professional growth and cross-cultural collaboration in the global business landscape.
