The mission of DUWS is threefold: 1. To afford the opportunity for students of high musical proficiency to develop an understanding of music literature through performance in an ensemble setting. 2. To serve the community by providing its members with musical entertainment and intellectual stimulus via formal and informal concerts. 3. To serve the university by assisting in a musical capacity at special university functions.
