About Us

1. To provide a space to celebrate and educate the Nicholas School community on Black and Latine culture͝ 2. To cooperate with other individuals, organizations, clubs, and other groups whose purposes include the achievement of public understanding for Black and Latinx environmental professionals͝ 3. To promote student and professional recruitment and retention of Black and Latinx students at the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University͝ and 4. To provide a forum for students and professionals from different backgrounds to come together for professional development, academic, community service and social activities at the Nicholas School.
