Meet Me at the Movies: How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days Screening

Do you every find it is hard to meet new people on Duke's campus? Do you also love movies and a cozy night in? Well you're in luck! Join DUU's Freewater Presentations for Meet Me At The Movies!

Meet Me At The Movies is a low-stakes blind "date" movie event. You'll fill out this short form, full of fun and silly questions, so our committee can connect you to your perfect match! You'll then meet your match for the first time on February 13th, for the 7pm screening of How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days. Meet Me at The Movies is meant to be a relaxed way to meet new people and enjoy some popcorn (and also avoid any awkward small talk).
How it works:

- You fill out this form (takes ~3–5 minutes)

- We match participants based on interests, energy, and preferences

- You show up to the movie

- You’re given your match at the theater 🎥✨

Important Notes:

(1) Please only fill out this form if you are planning on attending the movie screening on Friday. We don't want to leave people alone!

(2) The movie is still open and free to attend even if you don't fill out this form. We would hate for people to miss out on this movie if they already had someone in mind to bring 😉
