Details

Developed right here in Duke Student Affairs, this course is an international, evidence-based program specifically designed for teaching mindfulness and meditation as way to manage stress and reduce anxiety.

In this 4 session course facilitated by Tasha Curry-Corcoran you will learn specific skills that help calm and focus your mind, including:
- Breathing exercises
- Guided imagery
- Body scan
- Mindful eating
- and more!

This course meets Wednesdays, May 7, 14, 21 & 28 3:00 - 4:15 pm

Please only register if you can attend the at least 2 of the sessions.
