DISC will provide drop-off-only transportation monthly on Mondays to the Social Security Administration on Shannon Road. If you are interested in joining us, these are our departure times:
- 8:45 a.m. - Smith Warehouse, Bay 5 South, 2nd Floor (map)
- 9:00 a.m. - DISC-West, Bryan Center, Suite 101, Room 101-A (map)

SSA POLICY: You must have a prescheduled appointment before going to the Social Security Administration. Book your appointment at least two (2) weeks in advance! |
IMPORTANT: To speed up the process students are REQUIRED to start the application process online using this link: https://secure.ssa.gov/ossnap/public/landingOSsnap When filling out the social security card application please ensure that your first, middle and last names are spelled exactly as they are on your passport. When you receive your card be sure to check that the printed name on the card is exactly as it appears in your passport. |
