NOTE: This event is for students attending a program with a start date prior to June 20, 2025.

All students participating study away programs are required to attend a Pre-Departure Orientation (PDO) aligned with their specific program location.

This session will focus on health, safety, and risk management while participating in off-campus programs within the U.S. You’ll receive important guidance on travel logistics, accessing support resources, and responding to emergencies—along with the chance to connect with peers participating in U.S.-based programs.
