Details

Socrates Café is a worldwide discussion movement inspired by the Socratic method, where participants gather to explore a wide range of thought-provoking and often controversial topics. The groups model their discussions from the 2001 book Socrates Café by Christopher Phillips and a guide he developed for these open forums. Duke BRIDGERS club offers an informal setting where attendees can propose subjects, vote on them, and engage in lively discussions. The aim is to hear and reflect on various perspectives.

If you are attending the meeting on May 22nd (Thursday) 2025, 6pm, held at the Bostock Library, please RSVP here or register through this Google Doc https://forms.gle/DtYfg6dQmVs7F838A
