Join us for an evening with Saif Rahman of Raleigh restaurant, Peregrine! At the heart of Peregrine is Owner and Chef Saif Rahman, NCRLA’s (North Carolina restaurant and Lodging Association) 2021 “Chef of the Year” and a rising star with a global story to tell. A classically trained chef with roots in Bangladesh and a culinary résumé that spans New York to North Carolina, Rahman’s menu at Peregrine reflects his journey of coming from a family of farmers, which led to a passion for home-grown food he's had since he was a child. He traces his love for cooking back to his Bengali roots. Born in Bangladesh, and raised in New York City, his life ultimately brought him to Raleigh, N.C. Now that he calls the Tar Heel state home, he makes every effort to cook with the best ingredients that North Carolina has to offer. Chef Rahman will demo simple recipes w/ flavor on a budget at The Chef's Kitchen!
