The 26-27 Penny Pilgram George Women's Leadership Initiative application is officially live! We are looking for students who are interested in deepening their understanding and practice of authentic leadership (all genders welcome!). Funded by the George Family Foundation and named after its Chair and Duke alumna, Penny George, the Initiative provides learning opportunities for undergraduate students of any gender who support the mission of the initiative at Duke.

A/CA Application Reopening – 2026–2027
Residence Life is reopening the Resident Assistant (RA) and Community Assistant (CA) application to expand our alternate candidate pool for the 2026–2027 academic year. This pool will be used to fill potential vacancies that may arise throughout the spring and summer. Selection is not guaranteed, but candidates may be considered as opportunities become available.
Applications are due March 27 at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Limited interviews will be offered, with selected candidates notified on March 30 and interviews held on April 2, 2026. Offers will be made on a rolling basis as vacancies occur.
