Duke Rewind

With the upcoming election less than a week away, this month’s Duke Rewind features two 1970s brochures from the Duke University Democrats and the Duke Young Republicans. While both groups have had different iterations over the years, they have a long history of active engagement on campus, from organizing debates and rallies to promoting student-led campaigns and discussions on key political issues. These groups have often mobilized students around elections, encouraging civic engagement and voter participation across the Duke community. Let your voice be heard on Tuesday, November 5 or vote early!

Hidden Costs at Duke?

The Office of Undergraduate Education and the Division of Student Affairs assembled a dedicated working group of faculty and staff to better understand the hidden costs of attending Duke. Our goal is to uncover and address unforeseen expenses that may impact the experience and success of our undergraduate students.

Your insights are invaluable to this process. By participating in this survey, you’ll be helping us gain a clearer understanding of the costs you face as a Duke undergraduate. In turn, this knowledge will help us develop solutions that support all students equitably. We genuinely appreciate your candid responses and the time you take to share your experiences. Your response is confidential and will not be shared.

Please follow this link to our student survey:  https://duke.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_d5MVpIshWfRUcPY. It should take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete.
